Inspired by military style fitness mentality to fit the general population, Boot Camp combines Running, Jogging, Agility drills, Strength exercises with your own body weight or with additional resistance equipment. Conducted outdoors with a group of people. Ideal program for fat loss and team effort.

Games and fun fitness activities will get rid of your stale workout program. Main idea is to push yourself safely to the common goal in pairs or teams.

Also socialize and make new friends and get motivated.
