Thank you for visting my site. I commend you for taking the 1st step in making a lifestlye change for healthy living.

I have been in your shoes at one point in my life, so I can relate to you quite well. You might say it's difficult to get out of junk food, sweets, alcohol or even to do physical activity apart from your work, car, tv, family, social life etc. These situations are not new to me, I've been there done that. At one point I was so out of shape and unfit even my close friends used to laugh at me, then I went on a crash diet, lost weight ended up so thin and was lacking energy, still I didn't feel healthy or comfortable with myself (eventhough I was active/sporty mind you).

Thanks to regular exercise and healthy eating, now I'm comfortable with myself. If you are willing to take the 1st step I will make sure you will never take another step backward.

After completing my Bsc Degree(Ex.Sci) and Diploma in Fitness & Nutrition while conducting Group Classes and Personal Training, I continued my education getting myself certified from leading organizations such as ACE, ACSM, NASM, ISSA(USA), PTS(UK) adding to this also holding the memberships of ACSM, IDEA & NSCA which gave me the tools and education to help my clients and athletes to reach thier goals.

I was fortunate enough to travel to the US and UK and train with the worldwide respected Fitness educators/mentors to further my knowledge.

Since 1999 I have seen results with a wide variety of people whom I've trained, ranging from Corporate Executives, Post Rehab, Overwieght, Athletes, Youth, Celebrities, Diplomats, Pre & Post Natal, Models and many more from ages of 9yrs to 60+ years.

Also from 2005-2008 I have worked as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Tennis with SLTA, handling Juniors, Davis Cup Players, Fed Cup Players and Olympic Athletes.

Over the years I have conducted many lectures and workshops for Corporate clients, Athletes, Coaches covering fitness and condtioning and at present involved in publishing 2 books plus DVD's to educate the Fitness seekers in addition to publishing fitness articles for newspapers and magazines.

I would like to thank all my clients for the trust and inspiration they entrusted on me over the years and enabling me to take their fitness goals to the next level. These fitness seekers came from different geographical locations such as :
USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Sri Lanka, Denmark, South Africa, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, India etc.
